Meet Your Host

Larry W. Farmbry, CFP® ChFC®, Farmbry & Associates
Larry W. Farmbry is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) based in Philadelphia, Pa. His mission for the last forty-four years was simple: To sow the seeds for his client’s success. Larry’s mission has evolved to focus on guiding clients in building reliable retirement income and effective strategies for transferring wealth to their loved ones.

Larry earned an associate’s degree from Philadelphia Community College, and a bachelor’s in business from Temple University. Larry has a Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning, a Charter Financial Planning Designation from the American College, and a Master of Taxation from the Washington School of Law. Larry has been a financial planner working with individuals and businesses for more than forty-four years.

In addition to serving as a financial planner, Larry has owned and operated twenty Jackson Hewitt Tax offices employing over fifty people annually. Larry was also the owner of the One Room School House. The One Room School House was tutorial centers that provide educational service to students in North, South, and West Philadelphia during the president George Bush “No Child Left Behind” era.

Larry also served in the United States Marine Corps for more than six years. Larry freely and graciously gives off his time to community for causes in which he believes. He has served on several boards and participates in numerous community service events.

Larry has been married to Doctor Deidre R. Farmbry for more than fifty-five years and they have one son, Doctor Kyle W. Farmbry.
