Michael Terrio is the founder and President of The Terrio Group. Michael believes that communication and interaction with his clients on a regular basis is key to understanding their financial planning needs and assisting them in realizing their financial and retirement goals. The firm covers all areas of financial management, from investment and retirement planning to risk management, strategic income planning and legacy conservation.

Michael believes that at the nucleus of a successful retirement plan must be comprehensive, cohesive financial strategy. This strategy must be tailor-made to fit each individual’s unique needs, thus enabling it to meet both short and long-term objectives. Each client is given watchful attention, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as necessary for changing economic climate. Michael has been the keynote speaker for several informational events. He also speaks nationally for the armed forces at Yellow Ribbon Events. His goal is to help soldiers that are being deployed or returning from service to make sound financial decisions. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and is often asked to share financial tips and advice at several local news stations. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaycee and their boys — Cash and Brady.
Morgan Neale | Vice President

Morgan Neale is the Vice President of Financial Planning at The Terrio Group. Morgan moved to Florida in 2024 with her husband and joined The Terrio Group in 2025. During her professional career in MT, she worked with a team who managed $9 billion in assets where she was taught the value of building relationships with others to help enrich every aspect of their life. Growing up in Montana, and being raised in agriculture and family businesses, Morgan provides a unique perspective on the compounding benefit of hard work, problem solving and versatility. By developing a relationship with her clients, Morgan creates customized plans that are tailored for their specific needs and assisting them in realizing their dreams and aspirations.
