Jules has been privileged to financially counsel many families over the past 25 years about retirement planning. After being trained by and working for two large brokerage firms, she learned that what was once effective for retirees in previous decades, no longer worked in today’s economy.
Sadly, Jules feels that the financial services industry isn’t as responsive as it should be during these rapidly changing times. Out of frustration, Jules sought independent analysis from academic institutions and thought leaders on how to best counsel her clients. Jules is passionate about educating middle class Americans on how to prepare themselves for retirement in today’s world.
Jules graduated from Pine Manor College in 1986. She began her career at Lehman Brothers, where she worked as an Investment Advisor specializing in Initial Public Offerings. In 1996, she joined Paine Webber and a specialized investment team dedicated to assisting women in business. This experience prepared her to co-found Retirement Income USA.
Jules resides in Duxbury, MA. In her free time, she enjoys working in her organic garden, kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.
